The Dosi-Fuser® manufactured by Leventon is a single-use elastomeric pump for ambulatory patients and it operates without batteries or electricity. It consists of an elastomeric balloon inside a rigid, transparent container and an infusion line with the Capillary device and a Luer-Lock connector attached to the patient.

How does it work? After the balloon is inflated, the drug flows through the capillary device as a result of pressure from the elastomeric balloon, which determines the flow rate.

What are the routes of administration? Dosi-Fuser® is used for the following routes of administration: Intravenous, Intraarterial, Epidural, Subcutaneous
